Modular Red Dot Mount for Sig Sauer Civilian Version P320-M17, M18, X-5 Legion Pistol

OuterImpact is excited to introduce the Modular Red Dot Mount/Adapter for the civilian version of the Sig Sauer P320-M17, M18, X-5 Legion. This product will allow the shooter to utilize a variety of red dot sights on their Sig Sauer P320-M17, M18, X-5 Legion with one adapter. We at OuterImpact have gone to great lengths to assure that the fit and finish of this system are top-notch.

We have been excited about the increased popularity of the Mini Red Dots on pistol platforms. Unfortunately, not all of us are ready or wanting to commit to a “custom-cut” slide. This does not appeal for various reasons. Some of which are: the price of modification, effects on the resale of the firearm, ability to “try” different Red Dots, etc.

The OuterImpact Modular Red Dot Mount/Adapter for Sig Sauer Civilian P320-M17, M18, X-5 Legion answers all the above questions. We precision-machined the adapter plate from 7075 aircraft aluminum. Thus, the M.R.A. plate is extremely durable and lightweight. As you know, there are violent forces that take place when a gun is fired. We know that shooters do not want to “worry” about losing zero, because of an inferior mount. This is why we utilize weaver T-10 Torx screws and steel alignment pins to keep everything aligned and in place.

2 reviews for Red Dot Mount – MRA for Sig Sauer Civilian P320-M17/M18

NEED RETURN LABEL. . Does not fit ,unable to mount on model

  2. David Hanson (verified owner)

Installation on my M18 was relatively easy. After firing 400-500 rounds, my Holosun red dot flew off the mount. At first I thought it was loose mounting screws, but after examination by a gun smith, it was determined that the mounting plate failed, as the two mounting screw hole threads where the optic attaches to stripped under the pressure. Luckily my optic is fine. I’m now determining if I should purchase another one of these mounts or go with a different brand.

      Hi David,
That failure is not common so we would like to get that piece back and cover it under warranty. We will email you instructions. 400-500 rounds is not a high enough round count to cause this failure so we would suspect the screws had a problem and damaged the threads, but we will be able to figure that out at the shop. Our dealers will run 6000-9000 rounds on range guns before seeing any degradation of this type. Everything is covered under the warranty so no need to purchase another one. Reach us at [email protected] if you have more questions. Thanks-
